With over 20 years of experience in audit, financial reporting, and compliance services across Gibraltar and internationally, Jennifer heads Moore Stephens.
A Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) since 2005, she is registered with the Professional Regulation Commission. Jennifer began her career with Ernst & Young Philippines (SGV), auditing one of the country’s largest telecommunications companies. During this time, she developed strong capabilities in audit methodology, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. This experience honed her skills in risk assessment and financial integrity, which remain central to her work today.
In 2008, Jennifer relocated to Gibraltar and joined GA Olivera & Co., expanding her audit portfolio to include clients in tobacco, retail, pharmacy, and estate management. She also refined her expertise in compilation and financial reporting services, helping businesses meet Gibraltar’s regulatory requirements with clarity and accuracy.
Her subsequent role as an Insolvency and Audit Technical Officer at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (FSC) deepened her understanding of financial oversight and governance within regulated sectors.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is committed to audit quality, regulatory integrity, and client-focused service, making her a trusted adviser in Gibraltar and beyond.
